Return & Refund Policy

At Suman Papad, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are packed with care. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy once the order has been delivered.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will offer a suitable solution.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement request will only be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired.

  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof in the form of photos/videos of the product and packaging is shared with our support team.


Process for Raising a Request

  1. Contact our support team at +91 90239 72146 or sumanmahilagruhudhyog@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number along with photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. After verification, our team will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI after collecting your details.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for taste preferences, change of mind, or minor variations in product appearance.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
