At Suman Papad, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are packed with care. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy once the order has been delivered.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will offer a suitable solution.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement request will only be accepted if:

The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired.

The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof in the form of photos/videos of the product and packaging is shared with our support team.
Process for Raising a Request

After verification, our team will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI after collecting your details.
